We are a sole trader business based in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia (ABN: 77922076447).

Information you provide directly, when you submit our contact/enquiry form, we may collect:

- Phone number
- Partner’s name (for wedding and vow renewal enquiries)
- Preferred ceremony date and location
- Details about your planned ceremony that you choose to share with us
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical information collected by our hosting infrastructure and WordPress (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and basic site functionality
- We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site (e.g. which pages are viewed, how visitors found the Site). Google Analytics collects information such as your approximate location, device type, and browsing behaviour on the Site via cookies. This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and this Site is not directed at children.

Enquiry form submissions are stored securely within our website’s own systems, hosted on infrastructure we manage directly. Submitted enquiries may also be forwarded to our business email inbox for response.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
4. Third parties
We use the following third-party services to help operate this Site:
- MLJL Services — our website hosting provider and technical contact, responsible for the infrastructure this Site runs on
- Forminator (by WPMU DEV) — our contact form plugin, used to collect and process enquiry submissions
- Microsoft 365 — for receiving and responding to enquiries via email
- Google Analytics (by Google) — for anonymised website usage statistics
- FooGallery / FooBox — used to display photo galleries on the Site; these do not collect personal information from visitors
- Wasabi Technologies — our cloud storage provider, used to store website images (via Advanced Media Offloader) and secure website backups (via UpdraftPlus). Website backups may include a copy of enquiry data submitted through the Site, stored securely as part of our routine backup process.
These providers may process data on our behalf as part of delivering their service, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We do not use this Site for online payment processing — no payment or financial card information is collected through this website.

This Site uses basic cookies required for standard WordPress functionality, such as remembering your site preferences.
Google Analytics
This Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Where we conduct a legal ceremony for you, we are required by law to retain certain records for a period set by the Marriage Act 1961 (Cth) and related regulations. Enquiry information from bookings that do not proceed is retained only as long as reasonably necessary, and may be deleted upon request.
